3. For each of the 31 participant survey responses in the case study, note which of the three stages of change best fits.
4. Conduct a frequency count for each of the three stages. The largest number of survey responses are in which stage?
5. Based on your analysis, prepare a recommendation for the CEO's approach and next steps. Support your recommendation with references to Lewin's stages.
