This case grows out of the alleged refusal of the defendant to sell to the plaintiff a certain fur piece which it had offered for sale in a newspaper advertisement. It appears from the record that on April 6, 1956, the defendant published the following advertisement in a Minneapolis newspaper: On April 13, the defendant again published an advertisement in the same newspaper as follows: "Saturday 9 a.m. 1 Black Lapin Stole worth $139.50$1.00 First Come, First Served" do an IRAC analysis to determine whether this is an offer. I can tell you this was a real case, and the result was that this was an offer. Using the three-part rule of law that I used in class, do a complete IRAC analysis. You must analyze each part of the rule of law with statements/evidence of how that part was met. The analysis must be complete and must reach the conclusion that this is an offer. (this is worth 15 points - I gave you the issue and the rule of law, 50 no points for that. 15 points for the complete and correct analysis, no points for the conclusion since I also gave you that). (I know this is a sale of goods contract, but analyze it based upon the common law rules I provided below)
