Now that we have discussed statutes of limitation for constructors, engineers and architects, does your response to who is liable for the death of an invitee or licensee change? Is there any liability for the engineers/architects/contractors who built the condominiums 40 years ago? Why or why not? Is there any liability for the engineers who performed the inspection in 2018? Why or why not? Is there any liability for the HOA (Homeowners Association)? Why or why not
