This dataset contains the results of an experiment studying the effect of vitamin C on tooth growth in 60 Guinea pigs. Each animal received one of three dose levels of vitamin C (0.5, 1, and 2 mg/day) by one of two delivery methods, orange juice or ascorbic acid (a form of vitamin C). Research question: Is there a significant difference in tooth growth among guinea pigs using different types of vitamin C supplements (orange juice or ascorbic acid)? Download the attached Tooth Growth Dataset Analyze the data by running the Independent Samples t-Test. Choose length as dependent variable and supplement as independent variable. Like in the past the Intellectus software will run both parametric and non-parametric tests, as well as tell you whether the results are normally distributed or not by using the Shapiro-Wilks test. Based on the output answer the following questions: Based on the Shapiro-Wilks test, is the data normally distributed? Explain. Should you rely on the t-test output information or the Mann-Whitney U output? Explain. What is the p value? Is it significant based on an alpha of .05? Write out your interpretation in your own words based on the Intellectus output Answer the research
