This doesn't seem possible to me. If I'm reading this correctly, a total of 400 mothers have babies with neural tube defects (0.04 x 10,000) but 2,000 mothers in the placebo group had babies with neural tube defects (0.4 x 5,000).

If I say that 4% of the mothers who received the treatment had babies with neural tube defects, I can get the numbers to work. Help!
