Each group will prepare its own group write-up and submit it to this assignment and to the discussion in the next lesson. Therefore, there will be three write-ups submitted for legally required benefits and three write-ups submitted for discretionary benefitsone from each group. In Part 2, you will individually discuss the group write-ups.

Your group has been assigned the task of preparing descriptions of legally required benefits. As a team, consider the information written in the textbook and explore company websites for examples as well as other credible sources. You will provide descriptions for the following legally required benefits:
