This exercise is intended to provide you with insights into some of the current or emerging issues related to information technology. Students will write a Current Issue Report consisting of a one-page and single-spaced account of a current issue related to information technology.

The report should include the following:

• Article name/title
• A summary of the issue in 1-2 paragraphs
• Your analysis of the issue in 1-2 paragraphs, discussing implications of the technology on society, including social and ethical implications, if any, and your opinion regarding the topic.
• Article citation/web address (URL)
