This individual assignment is an essay you will write. It will assess your understanding of the course so far.

Picture yourself as a leader that has to solve a big problem. It could be business, it could be government, it could be whatever you want.

You get to make up what the problem is; use your imagination. It can be anything you want. And the final decision as to how to solve the problem is yours to make.

Who do you want on your team?

You get to put together your team and invite the people you want to advise you. You can name specific people or just name them by expertise or job experience. But you have to state why you want them on your team. What criteria are important to you? How many people? A big group? A small group?

And then you have to establish the norms and rules for them to follow. How do they have to work? What guardrails do you want to put in place to prevent problems from occurring?

This is a pretty open-ended assigment. I encourage you to use your imagination. There are no wrong answers. Don't be lazy.
