However, last week chairman of another company who is also a college friend of Mr. Altaf, chairman of Altaf Electronics, met him and raised a question to him on how he could evaluate the employees' performance in a decentralized decision-making approach if they are not made answerable. After some time, Mr. Altaf called his secretary and gave him a list of works to be done the next day. He tells him all the important tasks to be done.
