d. How does the statute impact employment law? Example - did it increase regulations for businesses, increase the representation of a certain group in employment, etc.

e. Give a clear example of how it is applies - use a case or a current story. It should show the facts of the case and how the law applied to those facts.

III. Expansion on topic

a. Important court cases in that particular area of employment law.

b. Talk about specific case law - what were the facts in the case

c. Impacts of the case on employment law (creates employee rights, palaces restrictions on business practices, places limitations on unions, etc.).

d. Discuss current and ongoing issues in the area of employment law.

i. What issues remain, even after the major laws and court cases were passed and decided?

ii. Are there any statutes that have been proposed in Congress or in the state legislatures and are currently being debated? iii. What are the "hot topics" in this area of law?
