A sporting goods store lets Jasmine take a treadmill home with her so that Jasmine can test it out and see if she likes it and wants to buy it. After using it for a couple of days, Jasmine decides she doesn't want it, but she forgets about it and starts using it to hang her clothes on. Three weeks later, the treadmill is damaged when there is a fire in Jasmine's apartment complex The sporting goods store wants Jasmine to pay for the treadmill.
