Tom makes it clear that it is up to Brooke to select a suitable hammock Brooke selects a hammock that is perfectly suitable for a normal height and weight person such as herself, but that cannot support someone of Tom's heig ht and weight. The box states the weight limit as "up to 300 pounds" but Tom doesn't see the box, only the hammocks on display. Tom purchases the hammock and has it assembled at the store. The first time he lays on the hammock, he is injured when the hammock collapses because it cannot laiming the store, through Brooke, had breached the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Assume the store is a merchant with respect to hammocks. Can Tom recover for breach of implied warranty of merchantability and/or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
