This is a microeconomics question and I would like a clear answer to the question asked please* 8. You have a friend who really likes ice cream. The friend also is a little concerned that their clothes are too tight and they would like to lose a few pounds. They figure that their weight gain is due to all of the ice cream they've been eating lately. But they really like ice cream and don't want to give it up. So they have decided to switch from regular (high-fat, high-calorie) ice cream to "light" ice cream (low-fate, low-calorie) ice cream. Your friend asks you what you think of their plan. As a good economist, do you think your friend's plan will help them lose weight? Explain why or why not.
