This is a pair assignment in that you may work with one other person and make one submission for the two of you. THE ASSIGNMENT

For this assignment please read and study the details of the Fiji Police Force Support Project which is found at https://www.undp.org/pacific/projects/fiji-police-force-support-project. This is a real project and is typical of the type of projects that is done by International Development Agencies such as the UNDP (United Nations Development Program), the Commonweath Secretariat and the IADB (Inter American Development Bank).

Consider the following:

An RFP is being developed and will be sent to vendors for the supply of technical services, equipment and training for the above project.

Your assignment is to create a rubric to evaluate the vendors proposals when they are returned to you.

Specifically, your rubric should address the vendors' proposal:

Technical section,

Financial section, and

Management section

Please make your answer brief, that is no more than three pages.
