Review the following slides to acquaint yourself with this Hospital$\mathrm{â??}$s current situation. The information is intentionally incomplete; please feel free to use your knowledge or experience or formulate assumptions to come up with a recommendation.

You are asked by executive leadership to make a recommendation about which hospitals to partner with in the Virginia Service Area to reduce outside costs and improve access for our members.

Please develop slides on your recommendation and include responses to the questions posed in slides $6-8,$ which you will then present to the leadership team $($I will be the audience$).$ Feel free to use additional market, industry knowledge you may possess.
