2. Research online and report on a recent business communication gaffe. Please include the URL if possible. You can also use a personal example; perhaps something you have experienced in your workplace.

1. Read other posts and place substantive peer replies (i.e., ask a question, provide an example, site a personal experience, share a meaningful resource, incorporate e-text readings) to at least two other students. Watch for new threads and/or changes in direction. Responses to follow-up instructor questions do not count as peer replies
