Use case 5: Equipment Scrapping

Equipment scrapping refers to the scrapping of equipment that cannot meet the use requirements and meet the scrapping conditions.

1.The owner fills in the scrap application form.

2.The equipment administrator confirms the scrap application form.

3.The equipment department review the scrap application form.

3.1 If the equipment department disapprove of the application, they send the message to tell the applicant the reason. The use case terminates.

4. If the price of equipment exceeds 50,000

4.1 If the school leader disapprove of the scrap application, the applicant will be informed the reason and the use case terminates.

5. The equipment department recycles the equipment and eliminate the accounts related to the equipment.
