4. The recipient confirms the transfer in.

5. Equipment department review the coordination record.

5.1 If the equipment department approve the transference, the equipment coordination approval document is generated by the system.

5.2 Else equipment department sends the message to tell the owner why the transference is rejected. And the use case terminates.

6. If the price of equipment exceeds 50,000, the transference requires the confirmation of the school leader.

7. The owner hands over the equipment to the recipient.
