1. Risk Assessment Amtrix

2. Decision Tree

You may pick any project you like. Begin with a qualitative analysis, which ends with the risk assessment matrix. Select one major issues and conduct a quanititive analysis including a decision tree.

The decision tree does not haev to be the same project as the Risk Assessment Matrix. You can explore anything you might be interested in. Interesting issues students have explored in previous assignments include:

1. Should I continue to date Kyle?

2. Should I go to an expensive school school like BU or community college?

3. Should I buy a care or continue to use Uber or take mass transportation?
