This is for my Stats II class, what would the correct test be? I thought a two way ANOVA with gender and frequency the independent variable and Satisfaction the dependent. The hypotheses I would like to use is Ho = (there is no difference in the means of the Sat between Freq and each gender) and Ha = (there is difference between Sat based on Freq and each gender). Or, would a better test be regression? and then look for correlation?
The survey measures the overall satisfaction with the dining facility.
a. For overall satisfaction, test if there are differences in mean scores based on the frequency of visit and gender.
b. Do the female students, for a given level of frequency of visit, have a different level of satisfaction compared to male students? How do the test results help you to answer this question.
c. Why is it important to test differences in mean scores of satisfaction based upon the frequency of visit and gender?
