Use the rand function to produce two positive one-digit integers. The program should then prompt the user with a question, such as How much is 6 times 7? The student then inputs the answer. Next, the program checks the students answer. If its correct, display the message "Very good!" and ask another multiplication question. If the answer is wrong, display the message "No. Please try again." and let the student try the same question repeatedly until the student finally gets it right. A separate function should be used to generate each new question. This function should be called once when the application begins execution and each time the user answers the question correctly. Requirements You will include comments at the start of your program with your name, date written, and purpose of the program. Use the rand() function to produce two numbers Seed the random number generator with the value 1712. If you don't do this, you will fail the tests. Each number needs to be between 0 - 9 (remember single digit integers) Create a function to ask the multiplication question. It should ONLY ASK THE QUESTION. If the student answer the question correctly, display "Very Good" and ask another question If the student answers the question incorrectly, display "No, Please try again" You may limit the total number of new questions asked to 10.
