Budget Format and Information Management. In this section you should describe the existing budget format and discuss what effects this format seems to have on the budget process and outcomes. This should be no more than 2-2.5 pages. This part of your report should provide the reader with answers to following questions: a. What kind of budget formats does the government use? b. Does the budget currently include performance information? If so, does it appear to be primarily related to workload/activities or results/outcomes? c. Has the government recently used a format different from what it currently uses? d. Does the government effectively evaluate programs? How, and why? e.
