(C) Treatment with trypsin, gave three products, and Edman sequencing of each product showed the single amino acid His, one tetrapeptide had an N-terminus of Thr, and a second tetrapeptide had an N-terminus of methionine. (D) Treatment with chymotrypsin gave three products, and after Edman sequencing, a dipeptide had an N-terminus of Arg, a tripeptide had an amino-terminus sequence of Thr-Gly-Phe, and a tetrapeptide had an N-terminus.
