I am attaching a copy of research report which explains the effects of unorganized schedules and tips to resolve efficiently.

This analysis involved research on the schedule importance and promotive ways to make an organized schedule with consideration of workload. In my point of view schedule should be made under two conditions which are following:

1)workload

2)keen an open communication channel

3)publish a schedule at least weeks out

4)set schedule boundaries that blend flexibility and predictability

At this time the above solution will be best route to fix problems and give new direction for employees to contribute the same work with respect of their job title .

Introduction

This research report would highlight the benefits of organized schedule, and how it benefits to a company. As being the part of the Pharmacy for eight years recognized the problem rises for not having a good schedule to follow which not only disturb the employees but also effects customers satisfaction. This research report would be able to give all descriptive importance of organized schedule.

Unorganized schedule has negative effects on employees. It increases the work to an individual employee for not having enough help with respect of work. It increases the stress level which causes several health problems. In order to resolve this problem, the key is to establish a work sheet for each day in advance for week. Discuss work with employees and make sure everyone would be able to work with respect of their giving schedule. This solution help the employees work contribution equally but will meet the requirements for lowering the stress level.

Customer satisfaction is the key for a successful business. Because of the unorganized schedule employees are not available to assist customer to find things or to answers their desire question. This situation really hurts the reputation of the company. When customer does not get any special attention, they resist to visit again. This lowers the sales and decreases the goodwill in market. Employees put a great impact for providing a great customer service. If customer cannot find anything at counter and looking for help. Organized schedule would help build up the customer service.

In the conclusion, I would recommend the organized schedule is the successive passage for company in the competition with other company. It not only makes positive effects on internal environment of the company but also external environment.

1)Comparison of Walmart Pharmacy with Walgreen Pharmacy

The results after research on the competitive company Walgreen-Porter on importance of schedule. I visited the Walgreen Pharmacy and asked for help to find a multi-vitamin. With in a minute a associate helped me find and make sure that I was completely satisfy with the services provided. Give respect to an individual customer. As being a customer, I want to again and would love to be a valuable customer. There is chart which shows the sale of Walgreen-porter is not high from Walmart but also from CVs, because of their organized schedule.

2. Employees Survey

Employees Survey Support Organized schedule. After survey from the Pharmacy department about the organized schedule. Results supports that schedules need to be organized in the base of work and customer satisfaction. Everyone have shared their views. Result came the most is this organized the schedule a week before and publish. One of the main point came out from this survey is that unorganized causes very stressful work environment for employees to work under This will help the work environment pleasant and less stressful. "As a manager, it's essential to realize the negative impact of excessive workloads on your employees and take the steps needed to reduce stress on the job".(Picincu, 2019). As we all are aware of national current issue of stress in USA is high as compare to other countries. This figure shows the stress percentage difference from other countries. After knowing this fact of high percentage stress, there should be environment to decrease the stress.

3. Successful Business Always Have an Organized schedule

There are many successful businesses out there and have found the key is the organized schedule. "Begin toshare your calendar with your employees,friends and your family. Instead of asking if you have a minute, they can view your calendar and see when you're either available or unavailable. If you don't have time -- block out a meeting." ( Rampton,2019). In this article author emphasize the importance of sharing work calendar with related people. It helps to smooth the process of work and helps to build a strong relation with employees.

4. Time management

In daily day routine knowing the importance of time is the best way to organize the schedule. "Good time management also means that a business is able to solve problems that arise without it significantly impacting day-to-day operations. This is essential for businesses that rely on constant output to increase ROI - a planned, structured schedule provides extra time for problem-solving or unforeseen circumstances."(Shift, 2019). These following techniques will help for time management. Set goals, prioritize work, define time limits, organize resources, delegate work, pre-plan tasks, avoid stress, and reduce redundancies. These will help to do the management of time. It would help the company and give the direction to pay close attention while making a schedule.

5. Daily routine problems with advised solution

Founds problems in daily route and found solution to those problems. Problems found in pharmacy are following; using phone while at work, talking while busy, drinks in pharmacy. These problems lead to management issues. Using phone during works delays work process and pushes the whole shift behind the task. Talking when working, personal talking should be prohibited during work because it involves other employee to discuss on their personality. Drinks should be not allowed at workplace, because there are computer around in work, if it spilled it could damage the system. These issues should be discussed with employees with problems it can cause. After explaining these above problems to employees, I am sure that it would bring a safe, great work environment in Pharmacy.

Conclusion

After analyzing the research reports it shows the organized schedules is the baseline for a successful business. Reach methods comparison with Walgreen Pharmacy, employees survey, successful business charts of schedule, time management and founds problems in daily route and found solution to those. These methods showed the importance and high light that problem found in daily routine of Pharmacy needs to fix as soon as possible.

Recommendation

I recommend publishing a schedule a at least two weeks before. This will give chance to manager to make a last-minute emergency changes in schedule. In meeting there should be discussion about a schedule, which would encourage employee to share their problems and news ideas to improve schedule.
