Group Project Phase 4: Testing your Recommendations and Creating an Implementation Plan After generating a set of recommendations, the next step is to get feedback from the organization on the effectiveness of your recommendations. Using qualitative interviews and/or quantitative surveys, gather additional data that will help you better understand the potential realism and usefulness of your recommendations. Modify your recommendations as necessary based on the feedback you receive. You DO NOT need to implement your recommendations, but as part of writing up your results, you will need to create an implementation plan for the organization (see below), describing how you would go about implementing your recommendations including any challenges you foresee in the implementation process. Group Project Phase 5: Writing Up and Presenting Your Results The group paper you submit for this course should consist of two parts. The first part of the paper should be approximately 3 pages, and should focus on 4 defining moments for your group, and what you learned from these experiences about effectively creating, managing, and working in a group. For example, you might write about the formation of the group and what you learned in this process about the emergence of leadership in a "leaderless group. The second part of the paper should be the implementation plan you submit to the organization. The implementation plan should be about 8 pages and should include: 1) Project purpose and goals: Describe the initial state of the organization and why the focal question was a compelling issue for this organization at that time. Describe what you hoped to help the organization achieve. 2) Project Process: Describe your data collection process and how you went about gathering and analyzing relevant data. Attach any interview protocols and surveys you used as an Appendix.
