This is the second journal out of THREE entries in your Personal Journal and the third one will be using your experience in the course and the program as a whole. Remember that this is your EXIT course for the MPA program. In this course, you are demonstrating what you have learned throughout the entire program. Do not simply answer these questions but reflect DEEPLY on them to identify what you take away from this program as you launch your new careers. Each Journal entry may not cover all of these talking points but over the course of all the entries please reflect on: 1- What you have learned from ANY/ALL of the courses that you have taken that you can now apply to this project? How? Give some specific examples. 2- What skills and knowledge will you need to apply to this project? Do you have them, If not, where will you find them? 3- What have you learned that is new about your organization, your team interactions, yourself and your ability to grow personally and professionally? 4- What areas do you think you need to work on to improve yourself? What will you do differently? What skills do you need to develop more for your future career etc.? 5- What are YOU learning that will carry over into your professional career once you have graduated? Such as: Are you developing any new skills from this experience? Do you have any insights about how groups work or don't work or about your own leadership or follower-ship style, or group dynamics in general? Are you able to connect your group experiences to the leadership theories you learned in other courses? Describe them. How is this experience fitting with your (and your groups MBTI scores that you took in the Graduate Seminar course, and if not you can still use the survey for the leadership and still access the MBTI as well online)
