Student 1.

 After completing the course and finalizing my e-portfolio, I plan to use it as a dynamic tool to showcase my skills, achievements, and professional growth to potential employers, clients, and colleagues. The e-portfolio will serve as a comprehensive overview of my academic and professional journey, highlighting key projects, papers, and presentations demonstrating my knowledge, skills, and expertise in business management.
  One of the primary ways I intend to use my e-portfolio is to enhance my branding. By curating a collection of artifacts that reflect my strengths, values, and goals, I can present a cohesive and compelling narrative of who I am as a professional. This will help me stand out in a competitive marketplace and differentiate myself from other candidates or business professionals.
  Moreover, my e-portfolio will be a valuable networking tool and career advancement tool. I will share it with potential employers, recruiters, and professional contacts to showcase my capabilities and credentials. Additionally, I will use it to track my professional development over time, updating it with new accomplishments and experiences as they occur.

There are many ways an e-portfolio can be beneficial. As it is getting more and more competitive to land great paying jobs, the more information you can provide to a potential employer the better place you will be in. When applying for jobs on websites like usajobs.com, it asks you to provide information such as a cover letter, resume, and a place for other documents. This where you could upload parts or all of your e-portfolio to. Typically employers do not ask for all this information, many just a resume. However, I feel it is better to have more information available at the ready to submit if necessary. 

     You can also use an e-portfolio to apply for prestigious Master's Programs. You can include your executive summary for this. Letter's of Recommendation are also very useful when applying to graduate school. You can include transcripts showing your GPA. Any awards such as the Dean's List and volunteer activities are beneficial as well. 

     I plan to use my final product to enhance my personal branding when I apply for a Master's Program. I think it will be a great way to stand out in front of peers. When I apply for any job in the future that has a section for supplemental information, I will use my e-portfolio there as well. I also have my own business. I feel you could curtail an e-portfolio to use on a company website as well. This would show your customers the vast background you have and show them your creditability over the years.
