This paper serves as a culmination of your work this semester. Drawing on the readings and the discussions from the semester, develop a proposal for making the employer of your choosing into a family-friendly workplace. To write your paper, draw heavily on the course readings and any additional research as needed. Your audience for this paper is the head of the human resource department. The paper should be written as a formal presentation with enough information for this person to determine whether they should consider your proposal and proceed with implementation. In the first section of your proposal, identify the problem. You'll want to consider it from the point of view of the employees. Remember to consider the numerous groups of employees we discussed this semester. You also need to consider the company's point of view. In the second section, provide an analysis of current policies that could be improved or implemented to address the problem(s) you identified.
