This dataset uses fictitious game show variables.Use the = .05 threshold. Use R or JASP to answer the following questions.
- pointCategory: Average point category chosen by each team, (e.g. Let's say Team 1 chose 2 questions, 1 from point category 1 and the other from 3, then their score on this variable would be (1+3/)2=2). This variable ranges from 1 to 3,1 being the easiest questions and 3 being the hardest questions.
- playersInTeam: Number of players on a team. This variable ranges from 1 to 6.
- totalScore: Total game show score for each team at the end of the show.
In experiment 2 (Q7-Q12), we are interested in whether the number of players in a team or whether the average point category chosen by each team effects the total score. Do not include the interaction term.
Did a two way ANOVA test. Is this the correct way to do it on JASP (look on the left side)?Remember do not include the interaction term. Is post hoc test done correctly here?
