This dataset uses fictitious game show variables.Use the = .05 threshold. Use R or JASP to answer the following questions.

  • pointCategory: Average point category chosen by each team, (e.g. Let's say Team 1 chose 2 questions, 1 from point category 1 and the other from 3, then their score on this variable would be (1+3/)2=2). This variable ranges from 1 to 3,1 being the easiest questions and 3 being the hardest questions.
  • playersInTeam: Number of players on a team. This variable ranges from 1 to 6.
  • totalScore: Total game show score for each team at the end of the show.

In experiment 2 (Q7-Q12), we are interested in whether the number of players in a team or whether the average point category chosen by each team effects the total score. Do not include the interaction term.
