• This presentation should include an overview of how the project was developed and implemented. It includes asking the stakeholders/colleagues for their feedback and evaluation of the program and discuss modifications that could be made.
• You will need to create a power point presentation of 10-15 slides that you will present to the group.
• You will be allocated 20 minutes to present your program to the stakeholders and ask them for feedback.
• You will need to submit your presentation at the end of the class.

1. Details of specific community needs and priorities and how they were investigated, including research and stakeholder engagement.

2. Details of specific means of engagement with the community, why and how they were selected.

3. Details of any training, resource management and procedural systems put in place during program implementation.

4. Details of community structure and the methods by which you work within them, how and why they were selected.

5. Explanations of what work is performed in the program and how a consistent standard is maintained.

6. Any barriers, issues or problems you encountered performing your work and how they were addressed.

7. Details of how your work fits into supportive frameworks including other organisations and programs.

8. How appropriate evaluation and monitoring of work is performed, including stakeholder engagement, feedback procedure and what results have been achieved.
