This project is designed so that you should be able to create a simple document that shows a fellow help desk person how to troubleshoot a Windows 7 desktop screen issue. The document should demonstrate your understanding of the different aspects of desktop screen troubleshooting methodology. The document should demonstrate your ability to properly describe your steps for accessing the different screens in Windows 7 that involve the desktop screen. The document should include snap shots to aid the user. The documentation should clearly explain the step-by-step process of the desktop screen setup. Note: If you use images from any source other than your own PC, you must properly cite them at the end of your document.
