This project will be to create a website using PHP and Apache. This websites purpose will be to have a web page that displays the word of the day. It will show the word, its part of speech(ie noun or verb) , and its definition. The input set of words will come from a text file that is also stored on your web server(the localhost). This file is attached below.
This site will be split into 2 pages. A main index page that explains the site and a second page that shows the user's random word of the day. The bottom of the index page will contain a hit counter stored in a persistant file. This will be incremented any time a person fetches the page.
