1. this question asks us to compile the intertemporal budget constraints for both households and the government to compute the answer. I found it possible to derive values for variables such as consumption and the tax rate in part 1, but in part 2 i was unable to derive values for variables as there were too many unknowns in my equations.
2. Is it possible to find values for these variables in part 2 or is it simply asking for a verbal explanation?
