How can I get the count column to represent the tally with the correct number of stars? I am new to javascript so please keep it very simple for me.

User enters 20 values from 0 to 4 inclusive and the table tallies up the umbers and prints the number of starts to the Count column as shown.

Value Count ** *** ***** ***** ***
