Brief summary of National Site Manager's role:
- The National Site Manager will be placed as the overall site manager for each location of the CupNBake Cafes and Bakeries.
- They will be located at the head office in Melbourne, although frequent travel to all sites will be an expectation of the position.
- They will require the following experience and skills:
- Project management skills
- Hospitality/Baking and operational experience and knowledge
- Proven expertise in overseeing multiple locations
- High level communications and negotiating skills
- Experience with negotiation and managing finances

Executive Summary
Established in 2012 in Melbourne, Victoria, CupNBake was the initiative of two brothers Alan and Peter McCarthy - one a baker and one a barista.
Their dream was to establish a caf with bakery linkages for a fresh and unique twist on the caf arena.
They have both drawn on their lengthy experience in their specialised industries and established relationships to bring their dream to fruition.
CupNBake now has 3 primary sites; Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra - all which are flourishing.
A key objective for this Strategic Planning period is to decide and plan the future for CupNBake.

1) Open 5 more sites across Australia in the following areas: ALL with Bakery onsite
- NSW South Coast - Eden to Ulladulla region - Mid 2023
- Gold Coast, Queensland - Late 2023
- Hobart, Tasmania - Early 2024
- Townsville, Queensland - Mid 2024
- Adelaide, South Australia - Late 2024/Early 2025
2) To establish and maintain high quality customer and community communication and participation
3) To have every site location well led, high performing, profitable and accountable
4) To develop and support our people
5) Update and redesign website information and have linkages set up for individual site locations
6) To have profit overall 10-15% higher by 2025 then 2022.
Operational Objectives BY December 2023:
1) Scout location for NSW South Coast - Eden to Ulladulla region Site
2) Shortlist 3-4 potential locations
3) Engage stakeholder communication/inputs for above sites
4) Identify materials and resources needed to commence building or design of site selected
5) Identify staffing requirements for new site/s both Caf and Bakery
6) NSW South Coast site fully operational from August 2023
