This week, I feel a whole lot better. The amount of work we had to complete for this session left me feeling really overwhelmed.My partner Emily is incredible; she reassures me that everything will work out. We are highly productive and creative. Our project is progressing nicely. As a person and leader, I'm learning and growing by actively seeking feedback, and engaging in self-reflection. I'm practicing professional skills like communication, decision-making, and team management with my partner.
