This week, please add the additional 15 hours you have spent continuing the community assessment to your practice experience hours in Project Concert for Module 6. Practice hours relate to time spent on your 'Community Assessment' activities.

**Note: You will submit proof for a total of 30 hours in ProjectConcert to receive a grade for this requirement. Failure to complete the 30 hours of practice experience will result in the student's failure of the course regardless of the course grade. You will not be able to submit your written community assessment (Signature Assignment) in Module 8 without providing proof of the required 30 hours.

Review the document in the Learning Materials on directions on how to enter hours in ProjectConcert. Submit a screenshot of your total 30 hours to the Module 6 drop box.

**Note: You will not have access to Module 8 Signature Assignment without first submitting the required hours in Module 6 and receiving confirmation from your instructor with a satisfactory grade. You must have both the hours approved and the Signature Assignment to pass the course.
