Scenario: As the new HR Director for a manufacturing plant, the employees have been required to work extremely long hours. You have recently discovered that one of the managers has been preventing employees from taking their lunch breaks because he is only concerned about making his personal quarterly bonus of $5000.00. The employees work more than six hours without eating or drinking. The employees are stressed, sleep deprived and afraid to complain because they may lose their jobs. Many of the employees have at least a one hour commute each way. There is no union. First of all, explain if this type of work environment can cause someone to go into a prediabetic or diabetic stage as well as succumbing to high blood pressure (induced hypertension). Secondly, how would you address this workplace issue
