Case Mr. Worker has been an employee of the Regional Hospital for the last five years. He recently terminated his employment. The reason for termination was due to: inability to follow instructions. However, Regional Hospital has adopted an "employment at will" policy. So you do not have to provide any reason for the termination. However, Mr. Worker was very angry at his termination... so upset that he went to the media with his story.

He has a press conference in response to the Regional Hospital press conference. What defects do you find in the hospital's position? Why is "employment at will" not appropriate for the medical practice/industry? Read the contributions of your colleagues and select the contribution that interests you most about the hospital. Scenario 3 Now that I select, read the charges presented by the class. Which position seems most logical to you? The medical industry or practice should stick to an "employee at will" industry.
