This week, we covered several project planning topics. One of them was about scope. It is critically important for the project manager to be absolutely clear about all stakeholder expectations for the project. Without understanding needs and expectations and factoring them into the project, at the end of the day, the project will not succeed. Two very important stakeholders are the sponsor and customer (often the same person), but there are typically many more. Reflect back on this week's readings and use an introspective mindset to answer the prompts below in your own words: Reflect on yourself as a project manager.
