This week we have topics 4 thru 6 in the Gleim study units to complete. I scored in the 50s and 60s on my three diagnostic quizzes. My main areas for improvement will be focused on pretty much the entire study unit 4 section which is gross income and exclusions and then some increased focus on trusts and business income and expenses. In addition to the Gleim lectures and focus questions, I plan to use the recommendation that Mackenzie provided to me last week in the discussion forum, accountingtools.com, that have several articles relating to gross income and exclusions and self-employment taxes. For study unit 6 I need to focus FICA taxes and employee benefits. I plan to use the Gleim lecture videos and Gleim textbook and of course the practice MCQs.
