This week, we learned about implicit bias. The second discussion forum will help us reflect on our biases by identifying who is in our Trusted 10 and analyzing patterns. Please complete the Trusted 10 exercise found here (Trusted 10) from the Nonprofit Support Center. Start by writing the names of ten people you trust the most. Next, complete the columns for each name on the list (race/ethnicity, gender, age/generation, sexual orientation, education, disability, religion/spirituality, and marital status).

Take a moment to reflect on your table. In discussion forum #2, answer the following questions.

1. What patterns do you notice?
2. Are your trusted 10 similar to you?
3. Did anything surprise you?
4. After reflecting on this exercise, what areas would you like to change?
