A respected organization called Transparency International publishes a report each year ranking countries on how corrupt they are perceived to be. After you review the latest report (link below) discuss the following (and anything else that relates): What do you generally think about this kind of report? After reviewing the rankings of 176 countries, what surprises you the most? Note where the U.S. is on the list...would you expect us to be higher or lower? After looking around their website - what is the methodology that Transparency International uses to gather this information? Do you feel this is a valid way to rank countries on this scale? If you were an expatriate manager sent to one of the countries perceived to be corrupt, how would you prepare? How would you keep them safe?
