This week, you will take some time to interview someone that you consider to be an innovator.

Consider this interview to be open$-$ended, and meant to be a conversation. You can interview someone from any field, whether it be a for$-$profit business or a field where creativity is of high value and visible in the outcome.

Your submission should include:

A brief description of the individual interviewed

You should not include their name or title but rather keep the description of the individual general. Instead of saying, "I interviewed Louie Saint, the CEO of Innovation Academy," you could say something like "I interviewed a CEO of a non$-$profit company focused on incorporating creative thinking within organizational strategic planning."

A minimum of five questions that are listed out with your interviewee's answers

A reflective conclusion that considers how your interviewee's responses and information might impact your own creativity
