For this essay, please pick two of the four amendments to discuss from your text (First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth). First state what rights each amendment protects. Then, give an example of how a correctional agency might violate that amendment in a prison. For example, how might a prison violate a prisoner's right to his or her free exercise of religion? Then, give another circumstance where the prison administration would be allowed to violate that particular right.
