Finally, customers want to be able to review their order history so that they can see what theyve purchased in the past. This requires some form of account creation and login$.$ The marketing manager wants to be able to review a weekly order summary in order to be able to better understand what customers are buying so that promotional policies can be derived that reflect customer purchasing trends.
