This year we have seen continued murders of black and brown and indigenous people. We have seen children ripped away from their parents and then, we have seen hundreds of children "orphaned" by ICE.

We have grieved for Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. We have lost famous Congressmen, Representatives John Lewis and Elijah Cummings, may their memories, strengths and focus on justice live on in each of us.

We must do better to have real change, to have honest and difficult conversations.
