1. Thoroughly describe in detail the learning-by-doing process. Explain each of the major steps of the method, and any sub-methods necessary for any of the major steps. Describe the major characteristics of the whole and how the whole and parts work together dynamically across time. Be sure to describe how this method can be used by individuals or organizational units, how it can enable users of the method to overcome the "knowing-doing gap," and how it can enable users to learn, grow, and develop chosen new habits of seeing, thinking, feeling, deciding, speaking, and doing that in turn can enable them to progress toward their personal or organizational goals and vision.
