1. For this discussion board, I took ADHD/Attention Deficit Disorder Test, which was found on Psychology Today website. It took me 15 minutes to completed. In my opinion, it was an easy test to understand and answer, and the questions were related to daily activities in which we can be distracted easily. One of the questions was "You are seated at your desk, busy with an important task, when your instant messenger icon begins to blink, signaling that you have received a message from a friend. You..." and four possible scenarios were given to choose the one that more fits our behavior. Also, the test uses the Likert's scale for questions such as "Your job involves paperwork that must be handed to your superior each Friday. How often do you notice careless errors when it is too late to fix them?" which consists of five-point "1 = always, 2 = often, 3 = sometime, 4 = rarely, and 5 = never." This survey could be applicable to all groups of people, especially to those who think that they can have ADHD. But in general, anyone can take this survey to evaluate how often they get distracted as the questionnaire is simple and understandable. I should say that the survey doesn't have biased questions as according to "3 Examples of bad survey questions & how to fix them" (2021) insight from Harvard Business School Online, a survey should be avoiding bias, ambiguity, and complexity. Using neutral language, where don't favor one optionexplicitly or implicitlyand doesn't lead a respondent to an answer. Vary the order of options in a list. This should be done across questions with similar answers to ensure a respondent won't decide based on chronological sequencing. The questions in the survey were very neutral and strength to the possible scenarios so the person feels free to choose whatever they consider the best option/example.

For my discussion, I chose to utilize the website provided and participate in a survey covering the topic of anger management. The survey acknowledges that the test should take about five minutes to complete, which I feel is approximately the time it took me. The survey consisted of ten questions, in which an example and anger range response was provided. It was conducted online, where the process was very easy and clear. The survey could potentially be applicable to all groups of people as it aims to assess an individual's anger coping skills. However, cultural and individual differences could influence how people perceive and respond to anger. Therefore, the applicability of the survey may vary from person to person. The questions seemed to be unbiased, I did not notice any issue within this aspect.

I used the online link that was provided in the discussion topic and clicked on anxiety. I have taken a few small self-surveys when I go to medical (military hospital), so I wanted to see how this would differ. It asked more questions compared to the ones at medical, so I felt it was more in-depth, and I did not have to clump answers together. The ones at medical are about 5 or 6 primary anxiety and depression questions that I feel do not fully address the problem. However, this survey has 33 questions that ask about fixating on problems, worrying, dry mouth, and tingling, this to me feels more in-depth and allows the person who is conducting the survey to know what to focus on. I did not feel any of the questions were biased, and I think this survey could apply to all people who think they are experiencing anxiety. I found myself taking the survey twice because I enjoyed it so much. Both my results were very close to one another.
